PRO CAREER: Allocated by the Dallas Cowboys... Joined the Dallas Cowboys as a rookie free agent and won a spot on the regular season roster as the club's third-string quarterback... Played in one game for the Cowboys as he replaced Troy Aikman in a Week 4 contest against the 49ers... Was impressive in his only NFL action as he completed 3 of his 5 attempts for 53 yards including a 16-yard touchdown strike to tight end Jackie Harris.
COLLEGE/AMATEUR: Closed his career as Arkansas' most prolific passer of all-time as he set nearly every Razorback record including career passing, total offense and total touchdowns... Finished his senior season completing 177 of his 317 attempts for 2,293 yards for 19 touchdowns, registering the second-highest completion and attempt totals in school history.
PERSONAL: Was a sensational prep quarterback at Lee High School... Was an all-district selection in both football and baseball in high school... Was a wide receiver until his senior season of high school. While he plays golf as a hobby he hopes to learn more about the game while in Scotland.
