COLLEGE/AMATEUR: Four-year letterman at Louisiana Tech registered 54 career receptions for 559 yards and 9 touchdowns… Started all 11 games as a senior finishing fifth on the team in receptions with 23 for 212 yards and two touchdowns… Started 11 games as junior recording 11 catches for 102 yards and 3 touchdowns… Moved to tight end from quarterback as a sophomore and fourth on the team in receiving with 20 receptions for 245 yards and 4 touchdowns… Saw action in four games as a freshman quarterback completing 8 of 16 passes for 84 yards… Used a redshirt season in 1996.
