COLLEGE: Started the final 35 games of his career at Arkansas… Was a second-team All-Southeastern Conference choice and team captain as a senior in 2001 at center after starting the first two games at right guard… He started all 12 games at right guard as a junior in 2000 after starting the first four games at center and last seven contests at right guard his sophomore season of 1999... Saw brief action at center as a redshirt freshman.
PERSONAL: Was named all-state and all-district as a senior at Van Buren High School in his hometown of Van Buren, Arkansas, when his team posted a 12-1-1 record and won the state championship… Was also named the league's best offensive lineman and lettered four times in track and twice in golf… Majored in business education at Arkansas.
